Below, you'll find a step-by-step guide and all the relevant details about our flower delivery service.

Step-by-Step Delivery Guide:

1. Choose the desired product.
2. Select the product size on the product page.
   
3. Provide the delivery postcode and recipient's address in the pop-out delivery date selection box.
4. Pick the specific delivery date from the pop-out box.
5. Review your selections by clicking on your shopping cart.
6. Personalise your gift with a special message for the recipient in the shopping cart.
7. If needed, include any specific delivery instructions for a smooth process.
8. Proceed to the next steps.
9. Enter billing details (sender's details) and move on to the next step.
10. Input the delivery details/shipping details of the person who will receive the wax flowers.
11. Choose your preferred delivery method from the available options on the delivery method page:

 

UK - EXPRESS (1 – 3 business days) - £6.50 GBP

UK - STANDARD* (2 – 4 business days) -  Free

Please note that manual delivery dates are calculated by adding a shipping rate’s transit time to your order processing time. Order processing time is one business day. The order cut off time is 12 pm!

(Please note that the parcel is not guaranteed to arrive on the nominated day)

After selecting the preferred delivery method, proceed to the payment stage to complete your order.

 

IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION:

If you choose the EXPRESS or STANDARD delivery option, please be aware that the product's arrival on the selected date is not guaranteed. While we always strive to deliver on the chosen day, it's important to note that express and standard delivery options utilise national couriers such as DHL, Royal Mail, Evri and UPS. On some occasions, the parcel may arrive a day before or after the desired delivery date.

CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS: 

During the final stage of checkout, after providing the delivery details, please ensure to select the correct delivery method from the delivery method menu.

• If you opt for the EXPRESS or STANDARD delivery method during checkout, please be aware that your parcel may not arrive on the nominated day.

 

MISSED DELIVERY:

• Please note that we do not take responsibility for delays in parcel delivery if the recipient was not home or did not open the door at the time of delivery. For deliveries a tracking number will be provided when the parcel is shipped, and the recipient or sender will have to arrange re-delivery directly with the courier.

• Couriers are advised to leave the parcel in a safe place if required or requested. However, please be aware that neither couriers nor our company take responsibility if the parcel was left in a safe place upon request and went missing during the time the recipient was not present to collect.

• If the recipient is not present at home for the arrival of the courier, re-delivery will have to be arranged. We do not take responsibility for the quality of wax melt flowers upon next day arrival since the wax melt flowers were not in a controlled environment for an additional period of time, usually overnight. The quality of wax melt flowers can worsen, and at that point, it is the recipient's responsibility to explain and compensate the sender for the missed delivery if any issues about the quality of wax melt flowers are raised, not due to our fault.

Please be mindful of these points when planning your delivery and ensure that the recipient is available to receive the parcel on the scheduled delivery date and time.

 FREE STANDARD DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS*

(2 – 4 working days) - Free

• Delivery Speed: 3 - 4 working days.
• Delivery Time: 10 am - 8 pm Monday to Friday.
  
• Other info: In most cases, orders arrive on the nominated date, but they could arrive 1-2 working days before / after the nominated delivery date. Please note, if you select the free 2 - 4 days delivery option, we cannot guarantee wax melt flowers will arrive on the nominated day.

 

EXPRESS DELIVERY

(1 – 3 working days) - £6.50 GBP

• Delivery Speed: 1 - 2 working days.
• Delivery Time: 10 am - 8 pm Monday to Friday.
  
• Other info: A tracking number is provided when your item is dispatched to enable you to track your order.
